Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Paddywax candles as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and quality reasons, candles must be unlit and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully pack your unused candles in their original box with plenty of padding to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged items cannot be refunded.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
