What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
Paddywax candles are made with a clean-burning soy wax blend. This ensures a long-lasting fragrance throw and a sustainable burn that is better for your home and the environment.
Can I repurpose my candle vessel once the wax is gone?
Absolutely! We design our vessels with intentionality so they can be reused as planters, pencil holders, or catch-alls. Simply remove the remaining wax, wash with warm soapy water, and give it a second life.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your scent! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unlit candles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Paddywax fragrances to more countries in the near future.
How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt to the very edge of the vessel during your first burn. This 'memory' helps the candle burn flat all the way down to the bottom.
